2 Bed Wakefield townhouse - Central Wakefield

Wonderful location and comfy property with everything we needed. Positive: Great location, wonderful host and had everything we needed. Negative: A few things could be updated/fixed but didn’t really affect our stay.

Clean house, great parking , quiet area. Positive: Good house. Clean. Easy access and close to big supermarket. Parking space right outside. Negative: The longe dining kitchen space is lovely but compact. If 4 people stayed it would be a squeeze and not big enough dining area for 4. Didn’t affect us as just me & my daughter.

Great location, facilities and price Positive: Everything Negative: Nothing

A very pleasant base to explore the area. Positive: Lovely modern house, spotlessly clean and well equipped. A very short walk into the town, but in a very peaceful street. Directions to get there were very clear, and getting in straightforward. Very convenient and not too far to walk to the Hepworth gallery and the Cathedral. Friendly messages from the owner made us feel welcome, thank you. Negative: Not a criticism, but if there were instructions for the central heating we would have turned the thermostat down, as we found evenings in the lounge a bit warm. We could have saved the owner some heating costs.

Great place Positive: Well situated for town centre, clean comfortable beds Negative: No instructions for hotplate or coffee maker took me a day to find out the boiler was on hot water only .no spatula for fried eggs. These things were only slight inconveniences and hopefully addressed for the next occupants
